Refund policy

[ Returm/Refund Policy ]

  • If you believe that you have received a product that exhibits defects, damage, or is incorrect, we kindly request you to contact us at help@beplainglobal.com. In your email, please include your order number and attach a well-defined photograph or video depicting the issue with the merchandise. We request that you do so within a 14-day timeframe from the date of receiving your package. Your prompt communication will enable us to address and rectify the situation promptly. 
    • A picture of the exterior packaging, with the tracking number showing on the shipping label.
    • A picture of all the items inside the original packaging.
    • A picture of the actual item that was damaged.

  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, even if the items are unopened and unused. In the event of damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement
  • No Cancellations: Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are generally not liable for lost or stolen packages. Compensation is only possible if the carrier explicitly admits fault.
  • Delivery Failure: Refunds will not be issued for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer or inability to contact the recipient.

[ Refunds ]

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

[ Order Cancellations ]

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

[ Additional Policies ]

  • Promotional Pricing: We do not offer retroactive refunds or price adjustments for the difference between the purchase price and sale prices before or after your order.
  • Allergic Reactions: We do not provide refunds for allergic reactions caused by our products. Please review the ingredients list before purchase.
  • Free Gifts:
    • If the final payment amount (after discounts) falls below the threshold, free gifts will be automatically canceled.
    • If a gift is missing due to a packing error, we will compensate you with a discount coupon for your next purchase instead of a cash refund.
