Shopping Cost
- Orders placed on our US website ship within the continental US with no customs duties or import taxes applied. For US residents, a flat rate of $7.99 will be charged for shipping; however, please note that rates may vary for regions such as Hawaii or Alaska.
- Free shipping is offered for any orders above $60.
Shopping Detail
- Estimated Delivery: Usually 5-9 business days. However, delays may occur due to weather, customs inspections, or peak seasons (Holidays, Black Friday). We are not liable for these external delays and cannot offer refunds for them.
- Physical Address Only: We use USPS. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
- Accuracy: Customers must provide a full legal name, phone number, and precise address (including Apt/Building #). Incorrect info may lead to "Hold" status or delivery failure.
- Once an order is "Fulfilled" or "Dispatched" from our warehouse, no changes or cancellations can be made.
Delivery Issues
- Status "Delivered" but missing: Please wait 24 hours as carriers may mark it early. Then, contact your local carrier.
- Loss/Damage: We are not liable once delivered to the correct address. However, if it's a carrier error, we can assist with a claim if clear evidence (photos) is provided.
