I've been using this serum in a rotation with my usual hydrating serum. I have rosacea and this doesn't seem to irritate my skin. I was a bit worried about the "tightening" aspect of it, but that does not equate to drying, so my worries have been alleviated.It goes on smoothly and absorbs well. It's neither overly thick or watery, just the right consistancy to feel like a good quality serum. I didn't notice any strong scent which is always nice in a face product. I've never used anything with mung bean before so I'm interested to see what the long term results will be.It's a little on the pricey side but I've come to realize you can't really beat K-Beauty products and they are usually well worth their price for the quality ingredients and effectiveness of the products. The bottle does say it's made in Korea, so it is an authentic product.
